## Job description

### 机会点与指标定义
- 结合工业实际生产工艺、场景流程与ROI，分析具身模型的应用机会点，评估落地可行性并给出场景选型建议；定义量化指标（节拍、成功率、回本周期等），并将指标拆解到数据、算法、硬件三层责任边界；

### 与算法团队共同落地
- 与操作算法团队共同定义任务边界、技能原子、数据采集规范、评测集与成功率指标，推动具身操作模型在产线连续稳定运行；针对bad case归因，协同数据、算法团队迭代解决；

### 客户与交付协同
- 协同交付团队推进现场部署、演示与验收；管理客户预期与需求边界，处理方案层面的客户沟通与突发升级；负责演示策略与兜底方案设计；

### 产品化沉淀
- 在交付过程中总结客户共性需求，与算法团队协同定义模型迭代方向；将数据-模型训练-落地部署的工程化工作沉淀为具身智能平台工具能力。 Requirements 1.本科及以上学历，机械工程、电气工程、计算机科学、自动化、工业工程等相关专业优先； 2.3年以上B端产品/行业产品/解决方案产品经验，具备机器人、智能装备或工业自动化领域背景，参与过项目从方案到产线落地的完整链路；有计算机视觉在工业场景落地经验者优先； 3.了解具身操作模型的主流技术方向与能力边界，能与算法团队就任务定义、指标与数据标准对话；熟悉主流机器人硬件与传感器（机械臂、夹爪与灵巧手、力/触觉传感、深度相机等）及其关键参数取舍； 4.能独立完成场景选型、指标定义与ROI测算，理解具身数据采集与评测流程； 5.跨部门沟通协调与推动力强，客户意识与责任心强；具备较强的客户沟通能力，能把技术语言与工厂语言互译；抗压性强，能接受出差。
