## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责英雄联盟手游局内特效的设计和制作，参与皮肤前期概念讨论和卖点设计；
- 根据主题特效规范和设计稿，高品质还原并落地技能特效，保证功能性清晰度与视觉表现力；
- 具备移动端性能意识，理解特效对帧率和功耗的影响，有在性能约束下平衡画面品质的实际处理经验；
- 具备外包对接管理经验，合理撬动外部产能按照标准输出资产；
- 配合TA和程序优化迭代特效工具和技术，提升特效产出效率和品质；
- 探索AI辅助工具在特效工作流中的应用。 Requirements 1.3年以上游戏特效制作经验，有至少1款上线项目的完整特效产出经历； 2.熟悉Unity引擎，能独立完成从前期特效概念探索到引擎内制作的全流程； 3.扎实的美术功底，对色彩搭配、动态节奏、视觉层次有良好感知； 4.理解移动端性能限制，有基本的优化意识（OverDraw、DrawCall等）； 5.工作积极主动，能在项目节奏中保质保量完成任务，善于接受反馈并快速迭代； 6.具备基础的产品思维，能理解效果与价值对等概念。
