## Job description

### 核心产品研发
- 负责企业微信生态内在线文档（表格 文档 智能表格 / 智能文档）核心模块的架构设计与研发，覆盖前端渲染、后端服务或算法能力等关键链路；

### 协同与体验优化
- 深度参与文档实时协同编辑、跨端高效渲染、大规模数据处理等核心场景的性能与体验优化；

### AI 能力落地
- 主导或深度参与 AI 大模型在文档场景的全链路工程化落地，涵盖 Prompt Engineering、RAG（检索增强生成）、Agent 编排、模型微调 / 蒸馏、推理加速 等方向，将前沿算法能力转化为可交付的产品特性；

### 算法与工程融合
- 结合业务场景探索大模型 + 传统 NLP 结构化数据理解 多模态等算法方案，推动算法侧与工程侧的高效协同；

### 研发效能建设
- 参与团队 AI 工程化体系（数据闭环、评测体系、Agent 平台、CI/CD for AI）建设，提升团队整体研发与迭代效率。 Requirements

### 扎实的工程功底
- 具备扎实的软件工程能力，前端 客户端 后端 / 算法方向不限，有一到两个方向的深入实践经验；

### AI 技术素养
- 了解大模型（LLM / 多模态）技术原理，熟悉 Transformer、Attention、主流预训练与微调范式（如 LoRA、SFT、RLHF 等其中之一）；

### 智能体开发能力
- 具备智能体（Agent）上下文工程实践经验，熟悉至少一种主流 Agent / LLM 应用框架（如 LangChain、LlamaIndex、LangGraph、AutoGen、Dify 等）；

### 工程实践经验
- 熟悉微服务、容器化、CI/CD 等现代工程实践，具备高并发、高可用或大规模数据处理场景的优化经验；

### 综合素质
- 具备良好的技术视野、抽象设计能力与跨团队协作沟通能力，对新技术保持敏感与热情。
