## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 魂系写实风格项目，结合策划需求完成核心角色设定，有一定的世界观塑造能力；
- 担任角色接口人，统筹角色团队，具备成熟CP协作经验，撬动CP资源解决美术需求；
- 基于丰富游戏阅历，结合主流游戏体验，串联上下游岗位，从美术角度为玩法做符合项目世界观的包装；
- 配合3D、动作等岗位，提供设计参考，跟进角色3D落地还原，保证其品质；
- 整理角色设计规范与素材库，沉淀标准，提升团队设计效率。 Requirements
- 扎实的美术功底和行业前列的审美，熟悉魂系写实风格，熟练使用PS等设计软件；
- 优秀的审美能力和深厚的美术功底，精通魂系写实风格，并能熟练操作 PS 等各类设计软件。有角色接口人经验，具备上下游沟通、团队统筹能力，拥有成熟CP协作及撬动CP解决美术需求的实战经历；
- 游戏阅读量充足，熟悉主流游戏，熟悉游戏研发流程，具备美术视角的玩法包装能力；
- 热爱游戏行业，具备较强学习力、抗压性与责任心；
- 场景设计能力，沟通表达能力，为重要加分项。
