## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责微信小店交易纠纷的 AI 处理能力落地，包括智能判责、自动举证、话术生成、工单分流等核心环节的规划与运营；并持续打磨纠纷处理模型与策略的准确率和覆盖率，提升人效；
- 能够深入理解用户在电商交易的售后链路和体验痛点，针对不同问题场景与不同用户分层，设计差异化、可落地的处理策略；
- 以用户视角出发，对用户在纠纷的全链路体验做拆解与优化，提升用户在纠纷中的安全感、公平感与解决效率。 Requirements
- 本科及以上学历，1 年以上用户体验运营、平台治理、客服运营或相关业务运营经验；
- 具备强烈的用户视角，能站在消费者与商家双重视角思考问题，对体验细节敏感；
- 优秀的跨团队沟通与项目推动能力，能驱动多方资源落地复杂方案；
- 有AI 产品/AI 运营相关经验，了解大模型、智能客服、Agent 或自动化决策在业务中的实际应用者优先。
