## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责灰境行者端游国内版本中第一人称角色、第三人称角色及怪物的动画设计与制作，确保动画风格符合写实基调；
- 根据项目需求独立完成角色待机、攻击、移动、技能释放等全流程动画制作，保障动作流畅性与战斗表现力；
- 深度参与动画前期设计讨论，结合角色背景与关卡场景需求，输出符合叙事逻辑的动态方案；
- 熟练运用Maya等主流软件完成关键帧动画，提升角色表现维度；
- 与程序、特效及策划团队紧密协作，确保动画资源在UE引擎中的高效适配与性能优化；
- 参与动画资产全流程管理，包括版本迭代、质量验收及跨部门交付标准的制定与执行。 Requirements
- 拥有5年以上专业动画制作经验，完整参与过至少1部动画电影或3A级游戏动画项目者优先；
- 精通Maya动画模块，熟练掌握关键帧动画、蒙皮权重调整等核心技巧；
- 熟悉UE引擎动画蓝图、状态机、混合空间等功能；
- 具备扎实的解剖学基础与运动规律知识，能准确还原不同体型角色的动态特征（如人类/怪物运动差异）；
- 出色的沟通协调能力，能清晰传达动画设计思路并快速响应团队反馈，适应高强度项目节奏；
- 需随简历附上个人作品集（含工程文件更佳），需清晰展示角色动画完整案例及技术实现细节。
