## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 使用UE进行3D场景整合搭建，结合概念及项目风格进行效果调整及二次设；
- 对“写实”风格具备深刻的理解，把控场景整体氛围,制作沟通协调，对场景最终品质负责；
- 能够与程序、TA配合制定场景性能优化方案；
- 研究引擎功能模块，攻克场景编辑出现的各种难题；
- 审核跟进外包，并指导外包保证场景落地的最终品质。 Requirements
- 具备至少三年以上3D场景搭建经验，有3A写实类/射击品类研发经验优先，有美术外包管理经验最佳；
- 对地图编辑有丰富的经验，熟练虚幻引擎，了解关卡制作流程，对各节点有足够的敏感度；
- 有扎实的美术功底，具有优秀的设计和造型能力，对构图、色彩、光影，氛围均有优秀的审美把控力；
- 对性能优化有足够的经验和敏感度，可以完成性能优化方案的落地；
- 热爱游戏，对FPS游戏的关卡设计有深入理解和见解；
- 有较强的学习能力和自驱力，勤于思考，同时拥有高度的责任感，具备较强的执行力与团队合作精神；
- 熟练使用不限于UE，3dmax，maya，substance，Photoshop等工具。
