## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责安全平台中台产品的策略模块，抽象共性能力，涵盖分流规则、调度规则、优先级配置、策略编排等核心能力，推进策略工具的标准化落地与平台能力建设；
- 梳理现有产品架构与业务流程，主导人机联动的审核解决方案线上化建设，识别重叠与缺失模块，推动中台层能力复用和流程打通；
- 关注大模型在安全审核场景的应用潜力，探索生成式AI提质降本的落地路径，为中台产品的中长期发展提供方向输入。 Requirements
- 全日制本科及以上，5年以上产品工作经验，具备平台型产品经验，有B端中台或A端策略产品经验优先；
- 优秀的结构化思维和逻辑分析能力，能从复杂业务中抽象清晰的产品框架；
- 快速学习能力强，有一定技术理解力，能与研发高效协作；
- 有内容安全/审核领域经验、规则引擎/工作流引擎建设经验或大模型落地经验者加分。
