## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 根据项目需求，负责游戏服务器端设计和开发工作，设计开发游戏系统以及基础架构系统；
- 对系统的质量负责；
- 对系统的稳定性、安全性、性能、热更新等方面负责。 Requirements
- 热爱游戏，熟悉主流游戏类型实现方式；
- 熟练使用C/C++/Go语言以及一些脚本；
- 精通网络原理、网络编程；精通不同的分布式架构，熟练应对网络分区问题；
- 熟练使用各种主流数据库；
- 熟练掌握Linux操作系统；
- 具有复杂模块的开发经验，能对其进行合理分层并落地，具有良好的代码风格和习惯；
- 熟悉海量承载优化，有实际的性能热点分析和优化经验；
- 对异步、时序、容灾有自己的思考和实践，能将异常处理融入工作习惯中；
- 有工具思想，善于总结工作中的重复部分并将其工具化。
