## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 有计划地体验并评测游戏产品，针对具有研究价值的对象独立输出深度报告；
- 保持对行业发展和主流玩法演变的高度敏感，围绕业务关注议题形成持续的观察与研究；
- 建立和维护监控体系，整合多源数据和信息，并持续优化流程，提升产出质量和效率。 Requirements
- 具备游戏行业相关工作经验，具备游戏项目研运的基本常识；
- 热爱游戏，对行业发展能保持好奇心和敏感，对射击/动作/二次元/内容型等任一赛道有长期体验习惯和丰富认知积累，有自己的观察和思考；
- 具备较强的结构化思维、书面和口头表达能力，有复杂问题解决能力，有碎片信息整合能力；
- 具备较强的自驱力和责任感，有自我要求，对产出物有精益求精的追求，能主动发现问题；
- 具备团队合作意识，优秀的沟通和协作能力。
