## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责游戏项目角色 / NPC / 怪物等 2D 概念设计，输出符合世界观、玩法与美术风格的立绘、三视图、换装 / 皮肤、表情动作草图；
- 基于文案、世界观、职业定位，完成角色造型、服饰、武器、特征、色彩与气质的整体概念落地；
- 对游戏IP的发展进行长期探索，对游戏联动，运营宣发相关的设计方向进行把控和监督；
- 与上下游以及内外部合作团队紧密协作，保持高效的设计沟通与反馈，激发创意。 Requirements 1.5年以上概念设计工作经验； 2.对各种美术风格有敏锐判断力和分析能力，擅长风格化角色设计者优先； 3.能够针对项目风格作出有辨识度的设计和设计理念呈现； 4.对业界新风格始终保持敏感，对克苏鲁，怪谈，民俗，SCP等题材有经验者优先；
- 对游戏富有激情，热爱游戏，关注玩家。
