Responsibilities 团队介绍 Level Infinite 是腾讯旗下国际游戏业务品牌，致力为全球玩家带来充满乐趣、原汁原味的游戏体验，让玩家随时随地进入游戏世界；并通过打造包容、互通、便捷的玩家社区，促进分享交流。 Level Infinite为合作工作室提供一系列支持及服务，助力其释放产品潜能。

### Level Infinite发行产品包括《PUBG MOBILE》、《Goddess of Victory

- IP品牌策略与传播 —— 负责成熟游戏产品的IP品牌建设与用户口碑营销，基于产品核心卖点与用户画像，制定市场发行策略，主导创意构思并推动高质量落地执行；
- 内容生态与流量增长 —— 深刻理解主流内容平台的流量分发逻辑，保持敏锐的热点感知与内容创新能力，策划并产出具备自传播力的PGC及UGC内容，持续扩大IP传播声量与用户影响力；
- 跨界联动与资源整合 —— 策划并引入泛娱乐、异业合作、文旅联动等外部资源，主导跨界传播内容及话题事件的全流程落地，拓展IP破圈能力；
- 用户洞察与策略迭代 —— 统筹用户沟通与调研体系，协同用研团队持续深化用户画像，以洞察反哺市场策略，驱动发行打法与用户沟通策略的动态优化；
- 整合营销与效果度量 —— 拆解整合营销全链路，搭建可量化的效果追踪体系与评估标准，结合内容数据复盘与分析，持续迭代发行策略与执行手段。 岗位要求 1. 本科及以上学历，市场营销、广告传播、心理学或游戏相关专业优先； 2. 5年以上游戏行业市场营销经验，至少主导过1款产品的全案传播及IP联动项目，有成熟案例可展示； 3. 市场嗅觉敏锐，深谙抖音、B站、小红书等平台的内容生态与流量机制，有爆款创意内容或事件营销的成功操盘经验者优先； 4. 熟悉主流AI大模型及效率工具，能将其有效嵌入发行工作流并持续优化提效，对AI赋能营销有实际应用经验； 5. 数据驱动、结果导向，具备复杂问题的拆解、定位与解决能力，善于从执行数据中发现趋势或风险，推动策略调整与落地； 6. 出色的跨部门沟通与项目管理能力，既能深入理解用户视角与诉求，也能高效推进组织内外多方协作，确保项目闭环。 腾讯致力于提供平等就业机会 在腾讯，我们始终秉承平等就业机会的原则，致力于为每一位员工打造公平、包容的工作环境。我们坚信，多元的声音能够激发出无限的创新活力，推动我们为用户和社会提供更优质的服务。我们用心营造一个充满支持与激励的氛围，帮助每一位员工找到属于自己的舞台，以实现个人及共同的发展目标。
