## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责腾讯云合同管理系统的产品策划，涉及合同全生命周期管理，包括合同的起草、审批、签订、履行、变更和终止；
- 研究客户行为与需求场景，深入理解客户需求，研究竞品、制定产品目标；
- 根据产品目标，完成产品模块整体规划与实施，与设计、运营、开发、测试等团队紧密合作，驱动项目达成产品目标；
- 根据用户反馈，持续优化产品性能，提高用户体验和满意度。 Requirements
- 本科及以上学历，3年及以上ToB互联网产品策划经验，熟悉企业经营管理流程，参与建立或优化企业合同管理流程及合同管理系统设计的优先；
- 有良好的沟通协调能力，能胜任跨团队沟通；
- 具备团队合作精神，能承受高强度的工作压力，有较高的责任感和饱满的工作热情；
- 保持好奇心，喜欢新事物与挑战，保持学习和思辨的能力，乐于分享。
