## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责开展影视、节目、动画制作环节风险评估工作，识别制作过程中潜在风险和流程管控缺失点；
- 协助业务搭建制作项目过程管控管理机制；

### 针对内容制作业务中高风险环节，定期开展独立抽验工作，包括但不限于
- 剧组现场验收、资金复核等；
- 日常支持业务侧的风险咨询工作。 Requirements
- 具备较强的风险管理意识，可以自主识别判断制作业务风险点，总结风险类型，提出风险防控建议方案；
- 有3年以上影视、综、动画制作项目管理经验或相关风险管理工作经验，熟悉内容制作业务流程；
- 善于数据分析、逻辑推理及挖掘深层问题的能力；
- 具备较强的计划、沟通、组织、协调、总结能力；
- 接受不定期出差。
