## Job description

### Responsibilities

1.负责跟进工作室重点产品全生命周期研发运营过程，深度分析产品问题，建立评估体系，帮助提升游戏质量和用户体验； 2.应用游戏行业长期积累经验，独立挖掘并主导长期课题，灵活应用用户调研、产品拆解、数据等信息形成综合判断，落地支持业务方。 Requirements 1.游戏玩家，涉猎宽度广，游戏理解强； 2.2年以上游戏相关从业经历，市场用户研究/游戏应用与研究/游戏测评经验者优先； 3.热爱FPS等竞技品类，或有相关产品跟进经验优先； 4.较强的逻辑思维和表达能力，优秀的沟通协作能力和抗压能力，能以开放心态积极推动工作。
