## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 深度参与腾讯机器学习平台端到端的研发工作（前端视角为主），主导模型训练、评测、服务部署、数据管理及权限管控等核心链路的开发与迭代；
- 负责前端底层架构的规划与搭建，打造高复用、可配置的前端构建体系，通过组件化与模板化手段提升研发效能与交互体验，增强系统的可扩展性；
- 致力于通用能力的沉淀与工程化改造，建设标准化组件库与公共模块，推动平台技术能力的规范化与规模化输出；
- 协同产品团队梳理复杂业务诉求，能独立承担核心模块的技术方案设计与落地，具备独立解决问题的自驱力与Owner意识。 Requirements
- 全日制本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业优先；拥有3年以上前端或全栈开发经验；
- 具备扎实的前端基础，熟悉前端工程化体系及构建打包流程；精通React或Vue等主流框架，有复杂中后台系统或配置化平台的实战经验；
- 熟练驾驭AI编程工具链，落地Vibe Coding开发模式，具备对AI生成代码的Prompt拆解、上下文管理及结果校验能力；具备优秀的抽象思维与平台化建设经验；
- 掌握Java/Go/Python至少一门后端语言，能独立完成后端接口开发；熟悉MySQL、Redis、MQ等常用中间件； 5.【加分项】：有AI平台、大模型平台或数据平台研发背景者优先；有AI代码生成、Agent应用开发经验者优先； 6.【综合素质】：具备良好的多任务处理与应急响应能力，能在高压环境下稳定推进项目，具备优秀的跨团队协作能力。逻辑清晰，沟通顺畅，能独立把控项目质量与进度，对结果负责。
