## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责腾讯营销业务的全链路营销策划，制定并执行高效的营销策略以提升客户广告效果和ROI；
- 深入分析市场趋势、客户需求及竞品动态，挖掘潜在商业机会，为不同行业客户提供定制化的营销解决方案；
- 与销售、产品、运营等多部门紧密协作，推动营销策略的落地实施，并持续优化策略效果；
- 主导或参与重点营销项目的策划与执行，协调内外部资源，确保项目按时高质量交付；
- 定期输出营销洞察报告和策略建议，为团队和客户提供决策支持，助力业务增长。 Requirements 1.本科及以上学历，市场营销、广告学、商业管理等相关专业优先； 2.5年以上大交通行业大型品牌客户或复杂项目的成功策划经验优先。
