## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 熟悉UE5开发次时代特效；
- 配合玩法设计规划同一产品风格下不同主题的特效视觉特征；
- 制作实现高表现力的游戏战斗相关特效；
- 负责英雄展示效果的特效把控，负责对接特效外包品质。 Requirements
- 熟练使用UE5开发特效；
- 整体规划特效性能，制定规范标准；
- 有一定的开发shader能力，做shader规划和规范；
- 规范制定和生产流程设计的能力。
