## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 与算法团队深度协同，在各训练环节（SFT、RL 等）所需的Code&Agent数据类别及当前短板，判别不同项目不同阶段对数据要求的侧重点；
- 建立一套可量化的数据质量评判与验收标准，从多样性、正确性、难度梯度、场景覆盖等多个角度评估数据的价值；
- 搭建并持续改进数据的获取、标注与合成链路，考察各类生产工具（标注系统、数据合成流水线、质检工具等）对最终产出的影响，结合量化指标与定性洞察推进流程迭代，不断抬高数据质量、产能与模型效果；
- 配合算法团队验证数据带来的实际增益，借助消融实验、归因等手段，识别有效的数据。 Requirements 1.2年以上算法策略产品经验，或有相应的研发经历；能够独立开拓模型训练方向的工作，善于发现新的数据场景与机会，对 LLM 有透彻的理解； 2.编程功底过硬，熟悉多种编程语言、主流评测基准及开发者工具链；能读懂并剖析训练过程中的相关数据与实验日志，独立承担相关的数据分析与开发任务； 3.

### 对数据本身有敏锐的判断力

深知数据质量如何左右模型表现，能从多样性、正确性、难度分布、覆盖度等维度鉴定数据优劣，明白什么样的数据算高质量，以及如何构造和筛选这类数据； 4.习惯用数据说话，善于借助量化指标与定性分析发现数据层面的问题，并能制定对应的数据清洗、评估与改进方案；
- 对 LLM、代码智能以及人类行为抱有强烈的好奇心，乐于投入时间跟进前沿论文与技术报告。
