## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责语音相关技术的研发与优化，包括但不限于语音识别、语音唤醒、口语评测等方向；
- 针对输入法、语音助手等实时语音场景进行优化，解决实际业务中的技术难题，提高算法准确率和效率；
- 与产品、工程团队紧密合作，推动AI算法在输入法产品中的落地与应用；
- 跟踪AI领域前沿技术，探索新技术在输入法场景中的创新应用。 Requirements 1.计算机、人工智能、语音信号处理等相关专业背景，硕士及以上学历优先； 2.3-5年语音识别领域研发经验，熟练掌握语音声学模型、语音-文本大模型等主流技术框架； 3.熟练掌握至少一种主流深度学习框架； 4.在语音、图像、NLP、AI Agent等至少一个AI算法领域有深入研究和实践经验； 5.工程落地意识扎实，可独立完成兼顾线上识别效果、推理延迟等多指标的模型研发与上线； 6.良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神，能够与跨职能团队高效合作。
