## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 为美术提供渲染效果和材质技术支持，拆解目标效果，对接TA/图形程序，提出方案并协调落地；
- 分析场景画面质量不足之处，提出建设性优化方法；
- 从技术角度把控材质性能风险、规范；
- 分析业界前沿效果实现方案；
- 设计美术资产生产管线、制定资产规范，推动落地。 Requirements
- 对渲染基本原理掌握清晰、现代渲染管线至少熟练掌握一种；
- 熟练使用UE引擎，熟悉现代游戏常见渲染效果实现方案；
- 熟悉美术DCC工具，美术资产管线，有资产管线设计经验者优先；
- 热爱游戏，深度体验过多款高品质游戏产品，对其渲染效果有思考；
- 对引擎技术、硬件特点、性能技术经验丰富者优先。
