## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责文档解析、 RAG、记忆、Agentic search等系统效果和性能的极限优化，确保复杂场景下的高可用与低延迟；
- 模型性能优化及推理框架优化，提升整体吞吐、降低部署成本；
- 负责 RAG与文档解析 PaaS 平台的架构设计与开发，构建标准化、组件化的 AI 能力底座；
- 跟踪 AI 技术发展，关注行业前沿动态，并结合业务场景进行落地实践。 Requirements
- 本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业；
- 具有1年或以上开发经验，掌握Unix/Linux下Go/C++/Python/JAVA其中至少一门语言； 3；
- 全面的软件知识结构(操作系统、软件工程、设计模式、数据结构、数据库系统、网络安全)；
- 了解大模型基本原理，了解RAG技术、Agent原理（包括 Tool Use、Planning、Memory 等），有Agent建设相关实践经验；
- 对AI前沿技术发展有浓厚兴趣，愿意主动探索AI在业务场景的创新应用；
- 具备良好的沟通协作与问题解决能力，有较强的责任心，能高效配合团队完成项目交付；
- 具备模型算法调优经验、个人项目、开源项目或成熟业务系统开发经验者优先。
