## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 基于商业化目标，负责干员外观资源管线的规划，拉通管线整体进度，把控最终的交付质量；
- 深度挖掘干员商业化与流行主题内容，输出创意性主题提案，确保内容持续吸引力；
- 关注自身产品以及游戏行业整体情况，推进管线迭代。 Requirements
- 本科及以上学历，有3年以上资源策划或美术经验；
- 对主流竞技类游戏有体验，有FPS/TPS深度游戏经验者优先，有PC研发经验优先；
- 对新鲜事物有强烈好奇心，对当下游戏用户的消费心理和文娱偏好有深刻认知，有较好的审美品位和一定的创意能力；
- 有良好的团队合作精神，沟通能力强，抗压能力强。
