## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责公司财务报告及管理报告的编制和复核；为公司决策提供及时有效的财务分析，保证财务信息对外披露的正常进行；
- 负责审核集团下属子公司的财报报表，确保财务报表的准确性及集团政策的一致性；
- 不断改善和优化财务报告的核算流程，保障合并报告的及时性和准确性；
- 针对集团复杂业务提供专业财务意见。 Requirements
- 具有8年或以上上市公司财报、管报、财务相关经验，如有四大会计师事务所经验优先；
- 有高度的独立性、主动性,个性乐观积极,乐于迎接和适应变化；
- 有全局观念，财务管理意识较强，良好的组织、协调和沟通能力，主动推动工作进展的顺利实施，具备较强的领导力；
- 英文达到流利水平，海外从业经历最佳。
