## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责画面渲染品质提升，Shader编写，并协同程序和美术进行效果落地；
- 与图形开发团队紧密协作，实现场景，光照，特效，材质等渲染特性落地；
- 提供技术支持和问题解决，协助美术和开发团队高效完成工作；
- 编写并维护技术文档，向美术团队推广新工具和最佳实践，提升团队整体技术水平。 Requirements
- 拥有2年游戏项目经验，对游戏开发流程有深刻理解；
- 熟悉色彩和物理灯光相关知识，掌握PBR理论，能够实现高度逼真的光影效果；
- 具备扎实的图形学基础和高等数学知识，能够解决复杂的渲染问题；
- 熟悉实时渲染管线，对渲染性能有深入理解；
- 熟练掌握GLSL, HLSL, CG等至少一门Shader编程语言，能够编写高效可维护的Shader代码；
- 熟悉OpenGL ES及当前移动平台上的技术限制，能够针对移动平台进行优化；
- 精通Unreal或Unity引擎的灯光渲染模块，能够充分利用引擎特性实现优质效果；
- 有写实风格相关项目经验优先，能够把握写实风格的游戏画面特点；
- 具备良好的书面和口头沟通能力，能够清晰表达技术问题和解决方案。
