## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 深入 WorkBuddy、ima、企业微信、小微等腾讯核心 Agent 业务，与业务团队联合完成 AgentRuntime 的方案设计、研发接入、性能优化和生产落地；
- 围绕对话式 Agent、常驻 Agent、长任务及多 Agent 等运行模式，持续建设生命周期管理、状态持久化、暂停恢复、弹性扩缩容、工具执行和网络访问等 Runtime 能力；
- 解决核心业务生产环境中的复杂系统问题，能够跨应用、Kubernetes、容器、MicroVM、网络、存储和调度等多个层次定位并解决根因；
- 从业务专项中识别共性需求，将一次性问题抽象为 AgentRuntime 标准产品能力，在快速支撑业务的同时持续推动平台演进。 Requirements
- 本科及以上学历，具备扎实的 Linux、Kubernetes、容器及分布式系统基础，熟练掌握 Go、Rust、C/C++ 等至少一门语言，有大型生产系统研发经验；
- 具备较强的复杂问题解决和系统抽象能力，能够跨应用、平台和基础设施多个层次进行问题定位，并通过代码、数据、Trace 和实验形成明确结论；
- 具备 AI原生 的工作方式，能够借助 Coding Agent 扩展个人能力边界，亲自 Build、独立判断，并对复杂需求从问题定义、方案、实现到生产结果端到端负责；
- 有 AI Agent、LLM 应用平台、Agent Sandbox、Serverless 或云原生运行时研发经验，或有大规模在线服务、复杂内部业务共建及基础设施生产保障经历者优先。
