## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责无畏契约手游电竞赛事的整体策划与落地，包括赛事定位、年度与赛季结构、赛程赛制、生态激励规则等核心机制设计；
- 围绕“竞技内核 + 娱乐内容 + 流量驱动”的赛事方向，平衡竞技公平、观赏性、KOL参与体验和内容生产效率，设计具有辨识度且可持续迭代的赛事玩法；
- 统筹赛事制作、赛事直播、产品及生态合作方的赛事侧协同，明确关键节点、交付标准和风险预案，推动赛事全流程高质量落地；
- 跟踪赛事参与、竞技平衡、观看体验、选手反馈及用户数据，持续迭代赛制规则和运营机制；沉淀可复用的赛事产品资产，为后续赛季及长期赛事发展提供底层能力支撑。 Requirements
- 本科及以上学历，3年以上电竞赛事策划或赛事运营经验，具备从赛制设计到落地复盘的完整项目经验；
- 熟悉FPS电竞和手游赛事生态，对《无畏契约》相关赛事及生态主播有深入理解者优先；
- 兼具竞技判断与内容意识，能够设计既公平可信，又具有观赏性、话题性和主播参与感的赛事产品；
- 项目管理与现场执行能力强，能够拉通制作、直播、裁判、战队/主播、产品及合作方，在高压场景下快速判断并解决问题；
- 热爱电竞，责任心强，自驱、抗压、细致，对规则边界和赛事公平有较高敏感度。
