## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 协同主美术确定项目整体场景美术风格，搭建并输出场景、地编标准化制作流程与规范；
- 统筹关卡白盒搭建、地形地编、资产整合、灯光氛围及展示背景制作，全程把控画面品质与资源性能优化；
- 统筹小组工作，内外包场景资产审核、进度管控与制作指导，对接外包把控交付质量；
- 联动策划、程序、动效等团队，落地关卡玩法需求，持续迭代优化场景体验；
- 沉淀制作经验与优化方案，赋能团队，提升整体产出效率。 Requirements
- 重点需要熟练运用AI流程，熟练运用Tripo3D或混元3D等；
- 美术相关专业，5 年以上游戏 3D 场景 / 地编制作经验，具备团队带队管理经验，拥有完整上线项目经历；
- 扎实美术功底，精通空间构图、光影氛围塑造，具备成熟审美与风格把控能力；
- 熟练 3dsMax、Maya、ZBrush、Substance Painter、PS 等工具，精通 Unity/UE 任一引擎，擅长地形编辑、资源性能调优；
- 理解力、创新与统筹规划能力突出，可独立完成关卡资源规划与落地；
- 主动钻研美术新技术，善于总结沉淀流程规范，跨团队沟通协作顺畅；
- 热爱游戏，重视玩家场景体验，责任心强，可适应项目节奏、抗压完成团队目标。
