## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 主导PVE/PVP游戏战斗框架设计，负责相关玩法规则、技能设计、战场设计等内容策划；
- 针对策划方案，提出程序与美术需求，跟进并验收；
- 负责部分战斗数值平衡设计，保证游戏可玩性与商业化的平衡。 Requirements 1.3年以上手游/独立游戏/小游戏战斗策划经验，有Moba/自走棋/RPG/rouguelike品类经验优先，熟悉Unity引擎以及具备AI开发应用能力者优先； 2.热爱游戏，玩过并精通多款网络游戏，能够区分不同类型游戏战斗设计的差异化； 3.熟悉手游和小游戏市场，能够理解用户需求的周期性变化，并且准确的跟进执行；
- 具备良好的沟通能力、执行力、驱动力及较强的抗压能力。
