## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责服务端的gameplay设计和实现，包括但不限于竞技、玩法、技能、武器机制、同步及网络优化、性能优化和外挂打击 ；
- 与项目团队（包括客户端开发、策划、项目经理等）保持良好沟通，确保编码任务的顺利推进和及时上线；
- 利用数据平台和可观测性工具保障业务的稳定运行，并能够熟练处理和解决线上运营中的问题和故障。 Requirements
- 本科及以上学历，拥有1年或以上Linux游戏后台开发经验；
- 熟悉C/C++语言开发，具备扎实的常用数据结构和算法基础；
- 熟悉Linux操作系统及其常用工具，理解TCP/IP原理，并具有网络编程经验；
- 具备良好的学习能力、分析问题和解决问题的能力，能承受一定的工作压力，并具有出色的沟通协作能力；
- 熟悉UE4等游戏引擎者优先，有recast、physx及AI设计经验者优先。
