## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责战斗数值体系的设计与迭代，涵盖角色成长曲线、武器伤害与对抗强度、战斗节奏等核心模块；
- 搭建战斗数值模型，对武器/枪械平衡性、输出与生存能力等核心指标进行演算、验证与调优，保障战斗体验的可控性与可预期性；
- 结合战斗数据与玩家反馈定位平衡性问题，输出优化方案并推动落地验证；
- 完善战斗数值设计规范与验算标准，提升团队战斗数值迭代效率。 Requirements 1.3年以上数值策划经验，深度参与过至少1款已上线项目的战斗数值全流程设计，能够独立搭建战斗数值框架； 2.对数据高度敏感，熟练掌握战斗数值建模方法，具备较强的数值敏感度与问题定位能力； 3.热爱射击游戏，熟悉主流射击游戏并深度拆解过至少1款产品的战斗数值结构，有射击游戏项目经验优先； 4.有较强的团队合作意识，沟通能力优秀，抗压能力强。
