## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责tRPC开发框架和Agent开发框架的设计、开发与持续维护工作；
- 维护框架及相关组件、插件，确保其稳定性、高性能和可扩展性；
- 处理开源软件的日常维护工作，包括版本管理、问题修复和功能迭代；
- 与业务团队紧密对接，评估框架相关需求，提供技术实现支持并解决疑难问题；
- 负责开源社区代码PR的Code Review（CR）处理，保证代码质量和规范性；
- 运用框架开发高效的应用程序，或基于Agent开发框架构建智能化Agent应用；
- 持续对日常工作流程进行分析与优化，提升研发效率与交付质量。 Requirements
- 计算机相关专业本科及以上学历，扎实的计算机基础与编程能力；
- 熟悉主流后台开发框架及其原理，有良好的系统设计能力；
- 了解Agent开发框架的基本概念与技术架构，熟悉相关生态工具；
- 具备较强的问题分析与定位能力，能独立解决复杂技术问题；
- 熟练掌握至少一种主流编程语言，如Go、C++、Python等；
- 具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神，能够主动推动项目进展。
