## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责部门AI产品研发工作，包括ai agent、智能体调度、工作流、记忆、skills等能力开发和维护；
- 落地AI原生开发流程，从产品需求拆解、研发详细设计、coding、测试到上线，沉淀可以复用的harness工程；
- 负责应用宝PC、移动端研发工作，不限于后台架构设计、性能优化、服务可用性提升和用户体验提升。 Requirements
- 本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，2年以上后台开发经验，熟练掌握Golang（Java或C++）语言，具备扎实的数据结构和算法功底；
- 关注AI技术发展，并且对AI编程有极大的兴趣。熟练掌握工作流编排、工具调用与 MCP，能实现AI编程相关的skills，有通过AI原生方式实现产品需求的经验；
- 熟悉Linux系统和网络编程，熟悉常用RPC、缓存、消息中间件等，了解其原理和机制，并在实际生产系统有过合理实践应用；
- 具有高并发，高性能服务系统设计经验及能力，分布式系统设计和开发经验，具备较强的全链路问题定位者优先；
- 具备良好的编程习惯和代码规范，能够编写高质量的代码；具备较强的学习能力和自我驱动力，能够不断学习和掌握新技术；
- 具备较强的分析解决问题能力，具有强烈的责任感和主动性，良好的对外沟通和团队协作能力。
