## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责游戏短视频官号的内容运营，包括整体策略规划、资源管理、创作者 / 主播扶持政策制定及落地执行， 并推动游戏直播生态建设；
- 负责内外部渠道的宣发、联动策略制定及落地，结合游戏特点拓展合作品类，拉动游戏回流；

### 负责游戏重要节点的对外统筹和活动支持
- 包含文旅、地方机构联动，组织大型用户见面会等；
- 支持游戏的重点数据分析工作，围绕用户活跃、经济、回流流失、超核、用户画像等模块进行监测和专题分析，了解和分析掌握玩家动态，给出有效建议。 Requirements
- 具有游戏行业相关工作经验，对MMORPG品类有深刻认知与体验；
- 具备短视频平台或社区相关运营经验，有直播生态运营经验优先；
- 善于沟通协调内外部资源，具备跨部门、跨平台协作推进能力；
- 工作主动积极，认真负责，沟通能力良好，具备较强的团队合作精神与抗压能力；
- 具备较强的逻辑思维、数据挖掘与分析能力，能够从数据与用户反馈中发现问题、形成判断并提出建议。
