## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责手游APP内角色原画设计，包括角色立绘、服装设计等视觉元素创作，有三国题材项目经验者优先；
- 根据游戏世界观和策划需求，独立完成高质量的角色概念设计及细化工作；
- 与策划、UI、技术团队紧密协作，确保原画设计符合项目整体风格和技术实现要求；
- 参与设计评审，根据反馈优化设计方案，提升角色视觉表现力和辨识度；
- 持续关注行业趋势，为项目提供创新性的美术设计方案。 Requirements
- 美术相关专业背景，1年以上角色原画或插画设计经验，有完整手游项目经验优先；
- 熟练掌握Photoshop、SAI等绘画软件，具备扎实的素描、色彩和构图基础；
- 擅长不同风格（如二次元、写实、奇幻等），能准确把握不同风格的美术表现；
- 具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神，能清晰表达设计思路并接受合理修改建议；
- 对游戏行业有热情，了解手游美术制作流程，能适应项目节奏快速调整设计。
