## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 参与游戏内角色、怪物等生物的模型建模、UV拆分及贴图绘制工作，并学习如何在游戏引擎中实现最佳的渲染效果；
- 协助资深美术师进行渲染技术和材质表现的研究，尝试将新技术应用于具体资产制作中，优化角色视觉品质；
- 熟悉并遵守团队制定的美术规范和制作流程，与动画、特效、策划等上下游部门积极沟通，确保工作高效推进；
- 对个人负责的资产质量负责，根据反馈进行修改和优化，确保符合项目的技术和艺术标准。 Requirements
- 熟练使用至少一款主流3D建模软件（如 Maya, 3ds Max, Blender等）；
- 对至少一款主流游戏引擎（如 Unity, UE4/UE5）有基础了解者优先；
- 对游戏角色创作有浓厚兴趣，具备强烈的学习欲望和良好的学习能力；
- 具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神，责任心强，能积极接受反馈并不断改进。
