## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 根据项目规划，制定各版本美术特性研发计划，角色武器管线内外部人力盘点和规划，预判风险和协调资源，保障美术需求落地；
- 负责搭建美术管线，推进制作规范、协作流程、资源归档等模块优化，提升团队工作效率；
- 负责与海外合作方动视的协作沟通，处理美术资源侧的合作难点，提升IP监修效率；
- 基于研发计划，负责需求评审、排期、过程管理等环节，关注研发健康度，及时解决卡点保障版本目标实现与价值交付；
- 协助主美进行美术团队管理与外部产能建设，对美术产能扩充提出建设性方案并落地。 Requirements
- 本科及以上学历，3年以上游戏项目管理经验，需英语交流流利；
- 了解游戏研发团队的架构和流程，有美术项目管理经验优先；
- 熟悉项目过程管理，对敏捷项目管理有实际应用经验和理解；
- 具备极强的推动能力和风险意识，主动性强，善于归纳总结，能够推动团队效率不断提升；
- 思维灵活善于沟通，具备良好团队合作精神，能够建立良好的团队氛围；
- 热爱游戏，有意愿在项目管理方向长期发展。
