## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责WorkBuddy开发者生态治理，围绕开发者从入驻-经营-成长的全生命周期完善规则与机制，促进开发者活跃及优质供给产出；
- 建立伙伴及生态资产的分层、认证、质量评价、权益和激励机制，让优质伙伴和优质供给获得更多经营收益；
- 完善生态准入、低质治理、违规经营、处罚、退出和申诉等规则，并推动相关产品和策略能力落地。 Requirements
- 本科及以上学历，3年以上生态产品或平台治理相关经验，有电商、内容社区、应用市场或AI应用生态相关经验者优先；
- 有激励政策、平台规则等相关产品或策略经验，能够独立完成从问题分析、规则设计到产品落地；
- 具备较强的数据分析和逻辑能力，能够定义指标、识别问题，并结合数据和案例持续迭代产品及策略。
