## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 紧密跟进微信交易生态发展，支持业务团队设计和推动安全策略落地，包括但不限于商品商家、行业生态的准入和管控规则、内容生态治理、黑灰产打击等；
- 挖掘、跟踪针对平台的各类黑灰产行为，支持业务团队进行策略布控、打击处置和根源治理；
- 对重大安全事件、主管部门通报、重大客诉等开展合理应对，联动链条相关团队，组织复盘分析，推动系统性解决方案的实施，为产品发展保驾护航。 Requirements 1.大学本科及以上学历，具备3年及以上互联网行业风险控制、安全策略、合规管理或黑灰产治理相关工作经验，有大型平台型公司在电商、支付或社交领域经验者优先； 2.具备清晰的逻辑思维与分析能力，具备优秀的跨团队沟通协作能力，具备良好的自驱和抗压能力。
