## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责训练infra团队研发项目全流程管理，统筹跨团队协作拉通，打通各环节协作壁垒，高效推进项目落地；
- 搭建并落地项目质量监控体系，全程把控项目进度、交付质量与风险，保障项目按时、高质量交付；
- 聚焦团队协作痛点，梳理、优化跨团队协作流程与机制，减少无效沟通与事务性工作，释放研发人力，让团队专注技术细节打磨与技术深耕；
- 基于技术视角，前置识别项目全流程潜在风险，制定应对方案，做好风险预警与管控；
- 独立承接跨部门复杂协调事务，联动多方团队对齐目标、拆解任务、同步进展，推动各类协作问题闭环解决；
- 复盘项目及协作过程中的问题，持续优化项目管理模式、协作规范与流程，提升整体研发运转效率。 Requirements
- 具备技术背景，熟悉训练infra相关基础技术概念，能精准理解研发业务与技术逻辑，可与研发团队高效同频沟通；
- 拥有资深研发项目管理经验，主导过大型研发项目，擅长多团队、跨部门复杂事务统筹与协调，落地能力突出；
- 具备前瞻性思维与风险预判能力，能够从基础设施视角审视项目，提前识别流程、协作、技术侧潜在风险并落地管控；
- 精通研发项目全流程管理，擅长进度把控、质量管控、资源协调，有过多模态、系统稳定性类项目管理经验者优先；
- 优秀的沟通表达、逻辑分析与问题解决能力，耐心细致，抗压性强，善于梳理协作问题并输出优化方案；
- 具备流程优化意识，能够结合团队现状制定适配的协作规则，持续提升团队整体研发效率。
