## Job description

### 专业skill库的架构规划与业务抽象
- 统筹梳理基金、股票、指数等金融资产的分析逻辑，将其抽象为可被灵活调用的标准化 AI 工具（专业Skills）；

### 制定全局统一的 AI 开发框架与数据契约
- 建立系统间的数据交互协议（I/O 规范），规范 AI 调度层向下对接各类金融算子的标准路径；

### 建立大模型业务质检基线（Eval）
- 协同业务建立评测 AI 产出质量的评测集，设计可量化的质检卡点，确保skill迭代过程中，局部质量、总体质量不回退；

### 平台算力调度与性能成本治理
- 设计智能化的调度分流策略（异步预跑/实时召回），全局统筹大模型调用的并发稳定性与计算成本。 Requirements

### 专业经验
- 具备丰富的复杂 B 端系统、开放平台或数据中台产品架构经验，深刻理解"能力复用、标准化接口"的平台产品逻辑；

### AI应用前瞻
- 熟悉大模型工程化落地范式（Multi-Agent、Tool Calling机制），具备将 AI 技术转化为业务解决方案的能力；

### 业务认知（加分）
- 了解公募基金、股票市场的基本投研框架；

### 核心特质
- 极强的逻辑抽象能力，能在业务、投研和算法团队间建立共识，坚持用客观数据验证产品价值。
