## Job description

### Responsibilities

1.负责优质动画IP项目制片全流程管理工作(包括但不限于前期IP企划，项目全生命周期管理，项目风险管理，项目跨部门协作等），重点对内容品质以及变现回收负责； 2.参与工作室制片管理流程制定，技术赋能工作。 Requirements
- 本科及以上学历，3年以上2D、3D动画剧集项目全流程制片管理经验，有已上线播出的代表作；
- 具备长线IP的开发能力，包括但不限于前期策划能力，全流程的长篇番剧管理经验，熟悉MAYA、3DMAX、Blender、AI等制作软件；
- 熟悉业内一线制作团队，有较多导演/编剧/视觉艺术家等关键环节资源积累；
- 具备出色的沟通能力及抗压能力，积极主动，能同时处理多线程任务；
- 对国漫用户群以及动漫行业有较强敏锐度;有内容变现的制片人能力。
