## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责各类质检场景的运营，保障质检流程的执行时效与质量；
- 负责体验神买的策略设计与执行，通过抽检发现质量风险、验证质检有效性，并搭建产品能力保证流程的合规，留档可追溯；
- 制定并迭代抽检策略，根据品类风险、商家分层及历史质检数据动态调整抽检比例与规则，平衡质检成本与风险覆盖。 Requirements
- 具备质检、品控或质量管理相关运营经验，熟悉抽检、鉴定等业务的流程与实操；
- 熟悉商品质量风险识别与质量管理方法，了解相关品类市场情况；
- 具备数据体系搭建思维，能将鉴定标准、抽检结果等结构化沉淀为可复用的运营资产；
- 逻辑思维能力强，擅于发现问题、分析归因、总结规律；具备良好的沟通能力，能与合作方有效沟通。
