## Job description

### Responsibilities

1.

### 模型研发与优化

负责主流视觉语言模型（如 LLaVA、Qwen-VL、InternVL 等）的架构设计、微调（SFT）及前沿算法攻关； 2.

### 业务场景赋能

将 VLM 能力转化为实际业务价值，赋能游戏泛娱乐或多模态搜索等核心场景。 Requirements
- 硕士及以上学历，计算机、人工智能、自动化、数学等相关理工科专业，具备扎实的机器学习、计算机视觉（CV）与自然语言处理（NLP）交叉学科理论基础；
- 熟练掌握 Python 和 C++ 编程语言，具备良好的编码习惯和算法数据结构基础，精通 PyTorch 深度学习框架，有大规模分布式训练（如熟练使用 DeepSpeed、Megatron-LM 或 FSDP）经验者优先；
- 熟悉 LLaVA、Qwen-VL、InternVL 等至少一种主流视觉语言模型的底层架构、视觉编码器（如 CLIP、SigLIP）及对齐机制，具备丰富的模型微调（Fine-tuning）实战经验，深入理解并掌握 LoRA、QLoRA、参数高效微调（PEFT） 及 DPO 等对齐技术；
- 需了解模型量化优化与推理加速，参与过大模型在端侧或云端的部署工作者优先。
