## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责烽火地带模式在海外的经济数值设计；
- 针对烽火地带海外的玩家经济数据和玩法数据做持续跟踪和分析，产出优化方向；
- 和系统、活跃等模块合作，协调国服相关成员，完成内容落地并进行数据验证。 Requirements
- 至少2年以上数值工作经验，参与过完整的线上项目流程者优先；
- 熟悉搜打撤品类的经济循环设计，善于从数据中发掘问题，并结合实际体验和玩家反馈进行校验；
- 具有较强的数值建模和分析能力，能快速反拆其他相关游戏的玩法和设计逻辑；
- 有较强的团队合作意识，抗压能力强；
- 热爱射击游戏，熟悉主流撤离射击游戏玩法者优先，有海外经历加分。
