## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责射击游戏中怪物和Boss的设计工作，从概念构思到最终实现全程跟进；
- 制作怪物和Boss的原型，进行效果验证并根据测试反馈进行敏捷迭代优化；
- 深度参与关卡艺术表现的设计制作，确保怪物设计与整体关卡风格和玩法相匹配；
- 与程序、美术等其他团队成员紧密合作，确保设计意图能够准确无误地转化为游戏内容。 Requirements
- 拥有2年以上游戏设计经验，具备扎实的游戏设计和怪物设计理论知识，熟悉PVE游戏制作流程；
- 熟练掌握主流商业引擎，具备较强的动手能力和问题解决能力；
- 能够独立完成游戏原型功能的设计和实现，具备良好的团队协作和沟通能力；
- 热爱主流游戏和各类射击游戏，拥有丰富的游戏阅历，能够深入理解和分析游戏玩法和玩家体验。
