## Job description

### 负责表情搜索在线检索系统的核心工程模块开发，包括
- LLM planner模块、生成式检索模块、个性化长序列模块、RankMixer模块等；

### 承担表情搜索离线流程建设，包括
- 表情内容接入模块、VLLM内容特征模块、实时索引入库模块、LLM Emb索引构建模块等；
- 设计高可用分布式架构，保障亿级请求下的系统稳定性，完善监控告警体系并跟进耗时/性能等专项优化；
- 作为中枢节点，参与跨团队技术协作，连接前端、算法及内容运营团队，实现表情搜索功能落地； Requirements
- 计算机及相关专业本科及以上学历，扎实的数据结构与算法基础；
- 熟悉C/C++编译类语言，有海量服务开发、网络通信优化、计算性能优化经验者优先；
- 熟悉LLM 推理常用加速方法，有解决LLM/VLLM推理链路耗时等经验者优先；
