## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 深入了解海外重点客户的业务场景与架构，与客户运维/IT，应用架构等人员合作，针对客户现有的架构进行梳理分析，提供优化意见及战略规划；
- 对标海外主流云厂商，完成竞品分析，基于腾讯云平台能力，为客户设计并出具可行的迁移落地方案，推动方案落地、PoC测试及最终迁移实施；
- 持续深化对海外迁移场景的认知，通过竞品对比、案例沉淀，推动后端产研进行产品国际化优化；
- 在迁移落单后向售后团队交接，完成客户后续在腾讯云上服务的承接；
- 负责迁移案例、技术方案的更新维护，项目的总结文档的输出，及相关的布道工作。 Requirements
- 本科以上学历，3年以上互联网产品运维/DBA/容器/网络或开发、架构设计中进行过相关配置和现场实施交付等实战经验的；
- 理解云计算的商业模式、系统架构和解决方案，至少对计算/存储/云原生/中间件/数据库等等至少一个领域有深入的技术理解，能结合客户业务场景提出合理的上云路径和技术方案；
- 熟悉微服务、容器和云原生技术，能针对客户业务提出云原生改造、降本等方案，并具备丰富的实践和落地经验；
- 具有较强的抗压能力和执行力，优良的客户服务意识，严谨的工作态度和强烈的责任心；
- 具有良好的英文技术沟通能力，团队合作经验、敬业精神和学习能力；或有较强提升英文技术沟通能力意愿。
