## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责多人合作轻动作产品的核心战斗体验设计，定义战斗节奏、战斗压力、操作门槛、命中反馈、风险收益与局内战斗目标；
- 主导角色、武器、怪物、道具、物理交互等战斗框架规划，建立从原型验证、调参、联调到上线回归的完整工作流；
- 负责PVE 与PVEVP场景下的战斗规则设计与版本迭代；
- 负责武器与战斗道具体系设计，包括武器定位、射程/伤害/后坐/装填/经济、克制关系、稀有度、局内获取与成长体验；
- 统筹动作、动画、特效、音频、程序、关卡等跨模块协作，保障轻动作爽感、压迫感、可读性和移动端操作成本的平衡。 Requirements
- 具备 5 年以上动作/射击,多人合作PVE/PvP或搜撤类玩法相关战斗设计经验，有完整项目上线或核心战斗模块主导经验优先；
- 熟悉动作/射击战斗设计方法，能够判断武器手感、命中反馈、战斗节奏、敌人压迫、战斗距离、技能/道具组合与战斗可读性问题；
- 具备战斗系统化搭建能力，能从玩家目标、武器体系、敌人体系、战斗道具、数值平衡、局内资源与关卡遭遇角度形成完整设计闭环；
- 具备较强的实机调优与问题定位能力，能通过白盒、蓝图/脚本、配置表、战斗测试、数据分析和玩家反馈快速验证设计假设；
- 具备强推动力和跨团队协作能力，能制定战斗体验标准、拆解版本目标、推动美术表现与程序实现，并指导中初级策划产出稳定方案。
