## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责美行业的客户运营与行业策略制定，提升美护行业广告主投放规模与效果；
- 对接美护行业重点客户，提供定制化营销解决方案并推动项目落地执行；
- 分析美护行业市场趋势及竞品动态，输出行业洞察报告以指导业务方向；
- 联动内部产品、算法及销售团队，优化美护行业广告产品与投放体验；
- 策划美护行业营销活动与标杆案例，促进行业生态建设与口碑传播。 Requirements
- 本科及以上学历，3年以上互联网广告或美护行业运营相关经验；
- 熟悉广告平台及美护行业营销逻辑，具备客户管理与项目推进能力；
- 具备优秀的数据分析、沟通协调及文案撰写能力。
